For plus size women who dont have a solid core, I would definitely size down. Im a size 18/20, 47in waist. I carry all my weight in my stomach. I ordered the 6X (max 45in waist) which according to size guide should've been too small. It was super loose. Reordered size 5X (max 43in) better but still too loose. When i say loose, im not just talking about the waist trainer itself but also the "snatch belt"...once tightened the velcro overlapped so much it wouldn't even touch to secure. This will be my 3rd time ordering, gonna try 4X (max 41in). Will update once received.
S/N: This is definitely a quality piece!! Thick and sturdy, but super comfortable!!

When it comes to ordering, I went off of the size chart picture and measured my waist. From there, I ordered the one that matched my waist size. For me, this was the best way as when it arrived, it fit perfect. At first it was a little tight and took a minute to get used to but now I'm able to put it on like nothing. I don't put this in the washer but am able to hand wash it in the shower with no issues. I do hang dry this and it does dry fairly fast, even with it being cold. Now, the trimmer itself, I wear this while working out and have now started putting a small hand towel in the front and back because this makes me sweat like crazy. Nothing wrong with that as it's helping me lose the extra water weight while I'm trying to lose weight overall. This does help when working out as majority of the moves I'm told to do require me to keep my back straight. This waist trimmer really does help with my posture while doing those said moves. Not only does it make my waist sweat a lot more but overall sweat more period. Before ordering this, I would sweat during my workouts. The only thing different I'm doing now is I added the waist trimmer and found that I'm sweating a lot more. While I haven't weighed myself to see how much I've lost, I've been able to tell from my clothes that it's working a lot faster than just when I was working out without it. I had somewhat of an hour glass figure prior to using this but now it's becoming more noticeable now. Even with all the moving I do, this waist trimmer still looks good and has lasted a lot longer than I thought it would, going on 3 weeks now.

I bought this waist trimmer mainly as a means to support my back while I’m working from home hunkered over a computer. It’s working very well!
But, as a bonus, it’s also trimming my waist. I haven’t tried it yet but it’s also good under clingy knits to smooth and shape the waistline.
It’s made of a thick neoprene with built in spines. It zips up tight but you can tighten it even more with the wide, elastic belt that fastens with strong Velcro. The inside layer that goes against your skin is a textured rubber that really holds the belt in place. Waist shaping is maximized if you wear it during exercise because it promotes sweating. It’s best to hand wash and line dry the belt. It’s smaller than I expected, but I was able to put it on with my husband’s help.

I really like this waist trainer! It fits MORE comfortable than I thought it would!!!♥️ I have been wearing it for about 3 weeks now! It definitely sucks & smooths in your waist and for me, that is awesome, because my waist is my biggest problem area! The only negative thing I have to say is that it Does roll a bit on the bottom if you don’t hook it super tight! It fits snug and you can’t really see it through clothing Which is especially awesome… I was worried everyone would see it and know that I’m wearing a waist trainer! And that would definitely be a little embarrassing. I suggest maybe wearing a tank or layering top underneath your shirt if you want to hide it even more!!! I wear a size 14 but I bought the XXL just to make sure it fits me because my waist is large… and it fits pretty well. If I lose weight I will definitely have to buy a new size which would definitely be OK with me… Weight loss is my main goal right now! I definitely recommend this item to anyone who needs to shave some inches off their waist! Awesome product!💜💜

Very comfortable very good quality.. I think the amount of thickness is perfect! Doesn’t feel cheap at all , I went with an XL because I’m so used to these items running small but I would’ve been perfect with the large Great cut I am currently 35-36 waist.. love the Removable/adjustable Velcro on each end of the Belts For even better fit!
