I did not expect to like this product. I had low expectations because of bad experience from other body shapers. The most common problem being that the top rolled down or the top band pressed in causing an “upper muffin top”.

I am 5’7”, 152lbs and ordered a large and it took me a few days to become accustomed to the strength of compression that this shaper brought to my waistline. But it is what I wanted. Not just smoothing but compression like a corset.

Pros- It has built in flexible boning to prevent the pesky “roll down” issue most shapers face and no “upper muffin top” either! Huge points!

Cons - the lower band at the mid thigh does squeeze in, if you wear pants or a tight fitting skirt, it’s going to be obvious you’re wearing a shaper.

I wore mine under a sheath shaped dress for work. Hope this helps.

I purchased this to where in tandem with a body suit costume I have. The reviews seemed promising however I was definitely let down.

The elastic on the very bottom definitely left very noticeable lines through my clothes on my thighs despite the fact that everything fit perfectly.

This would be a good product if you weren't wearing tight clothes but I think that loose fitting clothes would defeat the purpose of wearing one of these.

Other than that, the material seemed of good quality and was comfortable to wear. It was very easy to forget I had it on... Of course until I looked down at my legs and saw the worse-than-panty lines it left on my legs.

The sizing seems to be accurate and it fit ok. Tight enough to support without being uncomfortable. While I was able to pull the garment up all the way, the bands around my thighs were very tight and dug into the flesh causing an indention that showed through leggings and pants. Would probably be ok with a dress but still dug in. I tried on a pair of black slacks with this on and while the pants were not tight, you could definitely see where the bands were around my thighs. Looked awful. I am 5'6" and 165 lbs. Curvy. Pear shaped. Would not recommend to anyone who has "fleshy" thighs. I measured my thigh where the band was and my thigh is 21 inches around (about 7-8 inches down from my crotch). I had ordered a size L/XL. I am returning.

I am 5’ 7” and weigh140 lbs. I ordered the Large/X Large and it fit exactly as I expected. It is snug, but the way I would want it to be. I purchased it to wear beneath my somewhat tight-fitting dresses and it is perfect! The legs did not roll, and it was easy enough to pull down and back up for bathroom breaks. I am glad it has the boning in front and back - that ensures the torso portion will stay in place. I did not notice the boning when dressed. I think it’s a great product!
